THE ACTING BODY: PHYSICALITY AND CHARACTER (Interactive Workshop) approaches acting from the inside out, working on becoming conscious of our bodies and how we can create a neutral space/blank canvas, then intentionally make choices with it for character in regards to stature, stance, and movement. We'll start with breath work and sensation/relaxation exercises to awaken our understanding of and connection to the body as an instrument, then brainstorm and dissect physical manifestation of character.
